Conference in Nursultan

Not long before the presidential election, in late May 2019, I participated in a Scientific Conference in Nursultan (Former Astana), devoted to transition of power. I also had a meeting in the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan. It feels like the country is getting prepared for a new period.
